We are on Via Mazzini, in the heart of the historic centre: from Verona Porta Nuova Station take bus 21 (Arena stop) or a taxi (about 10 minutes); from Verona Villafranca Airport you can book a private transfer or use the shuttle bus to the station and continue into town.
You can park your car in the covered car parks close to the city center, such as Cittadella (APCOA) or Arena (SABA), both just a few minutes’ walk from Via Mazzini. Alternatively, there are more affordable options outside the center, such as Porta Palio or Piazzale Guardini, connected by a short walk or public transport. Most of them are free of charge at night after 8 p.m and on Sunday
Please note: most of the city center is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so we recommend parking before entering the limited area.
Verona Fairground is approximately 10/15 minutes by car (depending on your parking lot). There is bus (n 73) departing 500 meters from the apartments which takes more than 30 minutes to get to the fair: going by car might result easier if you leave the city from the Fairground on Sunday.
No, payments are processed at the time of booking.
The municipal tax is €3.50 per person per night (children under 10 exempt), up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
No minimum stay is required: you are free to choose how many nights you’d like to stay.
A security deposit may be required depending on the selected rate plan. For any questions or further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All guests are required to complete the online check-in in order to receive the access code to their apartment.
The process is quick and easy: after your booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete the check-in directly from your device.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

At the moment, luggage storage is not available on site. For any needs, you can contact Lorenzo, who will be happy to assist you.

The kitchen is equipped with all the main utensils to prepare your meals independently.

We do not directly offer a transfer service to/from the airport or station, but we will be happy to suggest the most convenient options for your journey.

At the moment, we do not have agreements with gyms or wellness centers, but we will be happy to suggest the best options nearby.
